I created this site to review the popular Greg Plitt Workout Routine - MFT28.  In the workout program, Greg Plitt provides a guide to building muscle, burning fat, and increasing strength and endurance.

The workout routine is performed twice a day Monday through Friday with a HIIT session on Saturday.  The diet is mostly liquid and relies heavily on supplements.  This is primarily because the company that paid for Greg Plitt to create MFT28 only sells supplements and not actual food.

Nonetheless, I decided to check out the program to find out if it actually works. Well… at the time of this writing, I’m about 3/4 of the way through, and …spoiler alert… Greg Plitt’s workout does indeed work. But I can say with complete certainty that it’s not for everyone.
