ST. LOUIS, MO. (KPLR)- February is  month. To keep your heart healthy, there are several simple exercises that can be done to keep your heart in the best shape it can be.

Josh Gass and Rachael Bavery of brought several machines to the KPLR 11 this afternoon to demonstrate proper form and style.

Bavery, a certified fitness instructor, demonstrated proper technique on the Stairmill, simulated stairs that may burn more fat than purely running. Bavery also demonstrated how to use the Tricep press to improve arm strength.
