Hey everyone, Adrian here! Before you read below you MUST check out this video!

I just wanted to share this bodyweight workout routine that you can complete within 30 minutes! With consistent effort and maybe some this routine will burn massive amounts of fat off your body while helping you gain strength and building muscle, plus you don’t even need a gym membership or any equipment for this one. All you need to bring with you is a bottle of water and a fighting attitude. After you read through the routine check out the video at the bottom for an example of just how far someone can go when it comes to doing consistent bodyweight exercises.
