The Generation Barbell Club (GBC) is a USA Weightlifting sanctioned club at CrossFit Generation that focuses on getting individuals stronger, more efficient, more confident and overall better at weightlifting. The sport of weightlifting involves two lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  The GBC focuses on improving the two aforementioned by using those specific lifts as well as accessory lifts and exercises within the training program.  The GBC is for any individual that would like to focus on weightlifting as apart of their training while greatly improving their strength and lean muscle mass.  President and Head Coach of the GBC, Bob Smith and Assistant Coach Shawn Musho, will be coaching all sessions and writing the programming for GBC athletes. Most cycles will be 8 weeks in length and 4 days per week. Cycles are on-going throughout the year with only one transition week leading into the next cycle.  We offer monthly combo packages for athletes to take advantage of both programs atthe same time.

Program Rates:

  • Generation Barbell Club only (4x per week) – $200/cycle ($100/month)
  • GBC 2x per week/Unlimited CrossFit – $230/cycle ($115/month)
  • CrossFit 2x per week/GBC 4x per week – $260/cycle ($130/month)
