About This List

If you’re anything like I was when I first started out, I had very little idea of any kind of butt exercises outside of squats and lunges.

All I knew was that I wanted to work on my butt because I knew you could get positive results through doing the right kind of exercises and workout routines.

But the squats and lunges (that didn’t even make my butt muscles feel like they were working) just weren’t cutting it. I wanted something more, something that would actually make my butt muscles hurt after working out!

This list is what I wish I had back then. It’s a list of glute-focused workout routines and programs which are all designed to actually work your butt muscles more than the usual workout that just includes a few squats at the end.

Yes, some of them do more than work just the glutes, and you will find some upper body work in these as well. However, they are all similar in that they place a greater emphasis on (and try to target) the butt muscles, more than a ‘regular’ workout routine would.

I’ve grouped these into categories which I think matches the intent of each program/product. Some are more aimed towards building the size of your butt, while others focus more on general toning and whole-body weight loss.

Programs To Get A Bigger, Better Shaped Butt

Build-A-Butt is a 6-week, at-home circuit training style workout program designed to build your glutes.

 

 

Fighting Cellulite

This exercise program is designed specifically for women who struggle with cellulite on their lower body. It is a low-intensity workout that is short (less than 30 minutes), and gets the job done.

 

The DVD workout predecessor to the ‘Truth About Cellulite’ program.

 

The predecessor to ‘The Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip, Thigh Makeover’ program, it is the same program but in ebook form (no video).
