Spinning Workout Routines With Music

MWT-Hartland competes all five Xcel levels.  We hold tryouts during February (tryouts are delayed as our team is currently full)  each year to find new athletes for this team.  This is a competitive program that is based on FUN and is an extension of our recreational program.  Athletes workout from 5 – 8 hours per week and gain skills at their own pace.

For more information on tryout requirements…please .

  • Level 3 (Fun Team) Ages 6 – 9 years (invites go out to athletes ages 6 – 8 years) 9 – 12 hour per week workout schedule This is our first level where athletes attend local (2 hour radius) competitions.  The primary focus of this level is working towards the future.  Level 3 scoring potential (and the ability to earn medals & trophies) is not pushed at this level.  Instead of working Level 3 routines…we spend our time gaining strength, shapes, flexibility, air sense, and skills for the future.  Winning the lowest level is NOT our goal…the future is. Our Level 3’s currently workout Monday & Wednesdays from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm and Fridays from 4:15 pm – 7:15 pm.  Our advanced Level 3 group works out on Saturdays from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm as well.
