The Academy provides well-designed training programs for all levels of ability to ensure training is well-structured, organised and optimally productive for members. Academy training programs are highly detailed to provide guidance on the intensity of working sets, the overall quantity of work to be completed, and key technique objectives to be pursued.

The Academy uses a classification system for training programs as follows:

 25 planned sessions for the introduction of technique to beginners   6 Week Programs for ongoing technique development of new members, 3 days per week   6, 8 and 12 Week Programs, 3 days per week, for members progressing with higher levels of skill   6, 8 and 12 Week Programs, 4 days per week, for advanced members   6, 8 and 12 Week Programs, 5 Days per Week, for high performance training 6, 8 and 12 Week Programs, multiple training sessions per day/week, for elite athletes

Academy training programs assist members to prepare for competitions, improve technique, develop strength and confidence. All programs are designed by Leo Isaac, High Performance Coach and 1980 Moscow Olympian.
