ZUMBA ®: Zumba® fuses international and especially latin rhythms and moves to create a dynamic fitness program that everyone can enjoy. Zumba® is a total body workout and Zumba® fanatics achieve long term health benefits while having fun exercising.

ZUMBA TONING®/STRENGTH TRAINING: A combination class of Zumba Toning ® for the first half of the class, followed by Strength Training for the second half of a one hour class. Zumba Toning ® uses 1-3 lb weights or Zumba ® toning sticks in interval routines that will tone and sculpt the body. In the Strength Training segment, heavier weights will be used to focus on strengthening all major muscle groups with safe, repetitive and controlled exercises. Your muscles (and bones) will love you.

GENTLE YOGA is designed to introduce the asanas or postures to the student. Beginning stretches and anatomical alignment is shown. It is structured around body and mind awareness and rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position more comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. . Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending Yoga. YOGA class is for all levels Alignment and technique will be reviewed with each asana. The practice of Sun Salutations, standing and balance postures, inversions and backbends will all be included. There will be modifications for all asanas and all levels.

FOAM ROLLER/CORE/STRETCH: A combination class where foam rollers are used to stretch out and smooth any muscle tightness in the body. Core exercises for the trunk will make up about 15-20 minutes of the class and we end with basic stretches.

PILATES/YOGA: First half of this class is Pilates which will work the core (abdominals and back), . Pilates will help develop body awareness and promote flexibility. Second half will focus on Yoga asanas to create balance and harmony for the mind/body.
