Zumba Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do – Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”. We promise, exercise has never been so fun!
Boot Camp A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
Yoga A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered.
Pole Fitness We will help you improve your balance and core strength for pole and overall general fitness. You will learn pole techniques with proper body and hand positioning and gain upper body and core strength with this unique strength building workout. Together we will build your confidence, strength, and posture. Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.
Hip Hop Dance You will learn a combination of Hip Hop, Reggae, Latin and other world dance set to Hip Hop music. Learn choreography and freestyle (improvisational) to how to perform breaking and popping. We will be sweating to the beats with high energy dancing after learning the basic moves from different dance styles. This is a great workout for beginners and the experienced dancer. This Hip Hop Fusion class focuses strongly on performance dance. Prerequisite: All fitness levels welcome.
Chair Dance In this class you will learn how to perform a fun but challenging chair dance routine . You will learn chair dance basics and choreographed routines while getting a fantastic workout. Our Chair Dance class is a fitness dance class using the chair as a prop during the warm up, workout, and also for dance routines.
Boxing Classic boxing using punching bags and jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility and strength.
