                            Kids BJJ- Our kids program focuses on the fundamentals of brazilan jiu-jitsu as well as elements of judo and wrestling. Our kids have fun While learning self defense, improving coordination and installing confidence.     Fundamentals BJJ- Our Fundamentals program is structured to build a strong  foundation of the  basic elements of brazilian jiu-jitsu.   In this class we focus heavily on drilling  fundamental techniques to prepare members for our advanced program.      Advanced BJJ- Once members have a strong understanding of the fundamentals our advanced program is designed to provide the skills, training , and knowledge required to achieve purple, brown and black belt.    Kickboxing/MMA – In our MMA class we combine Kickboxing,  no- gi grappling and wrestling. Learn how to correctly punch, kick, clinch and take your opponent to the ground while getting an amazing workout. Get in shape and learn realistic/proven self defense.
