Bikram Style         

Bikram Yoga is a challenging series of 26 postures performed in a heated room to scientifically warm and stretch ligaments, tendons and muscles. This allows the body to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to healthy working order. The temperature is 105F degrees and about 40% humidity. The room is kept at this temperature for the following reasons:

  • Keeping the body from overheating (contrary to popular misconception)
  • Protecting the muscles to allow for deeper stretching
  • Detoxing the body (open pores to let toxins out)
  • Thinning the blood to clear the circulatory system
  • Increasing heart rate for better cardiovascular workout
  • Improving strength by putting muscle tissue in optimal state for reorganization
  • Reorganize the lipids (fat) in the muscular structure

A regular practice will tone, de-stress and detoxify the body; Increase stamina, strength and flexibility. Get you in the best shape of your life!

Core Power      

Core Power is an invigorating series that works deep into the core of your practice. Strengthing the Core is highlighted as well as Balance, Strength and Flexibility. You will love the practice and Bobby will keep you in high spirits during this amazing total body workout!

Yin Yoga   Restorative yoga is supported poses and breathing techniques that bring the body and mind to a state of stillness and healing. Using conscious relaxation and props this class helps to access your own inner resources. This practice sometimes referred to as “hip and shoulder” holds postures for 3-5 minutes promoting conscious breathing that deepens into an overall sense of well-being. You’ll discover this class supports and accelerates your overall yoga practice in a profound way. The body’s natural state is to be relaxed. It is only through the busyness of our lives that we tend to forget. By learning how to relax and breathe deeply, we possess the keys to health, vitality and inner peace.

 Fusion Flow    

Fusion Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa based practice  that incorporates many other styles of yoga creating a flowing “fusion” of postures. Benefits include working all the muscle groups increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. These classes focus the awareness on conscience breathing emphasizing core strength to build endurance while finding the balance between effort and surrender. Students learn to be patient, compassionate and present in the unfolding of each moment. They are a perfect way to work deep and strong while balancing and healing all the systems of the body.
