This class will be focused on a variety of drills & mechanics to improves speed & agility for your athlete! Participants will work to increase their strength & conditioning, because in order to be fast, you must be strong! Skills involved in this class will include running technique, speed ladder, medicine ball drills, weight training, sled pushes, and much more! This class will translate into a variety of sports, and get your athlete ready to reach their PEAK!
