This class is a cardio/strength combination class that alternates strength training exercises with step cardio training to sculpt every major muscle group. A  truly balanced workout that will get your heart pumping.

CARDIO INTERVALS & ABS

Got Sweat? Cardio Intervals & Abs class is a mixture of cardio-kickboxing, Steps with weights , followed by an intense abdominal workout. This combinations workout are designed to break a sweat, breathe hard and get super fit in 50 minutes!

SHIRLEE’S QUICKIES

 

Shirlee’s Quickies is a 30 minute workout consist of two-thirds resistance training (heavy weights) and one third cardiovascular training (high intensity cardio). A more intense workout burns more calories per minute, and will result in a stronger post-exercise reaction which sends a message to your body to make it a lean, mean, fighting machine!

STEP N’ SCULPT

A workout that mixes both step aerobics, upper body boxing moves, strength training, and core work in one class. You will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto down and around the step for great cardio- fitness, as well as exceptional core training to shape the abdominal, upper and lower body.
