IT’S WHAT YOU DO WHEN THE COACH ISN’T AROUND THAT MAKES YOU A CHAMPION !

POLE VAULT

New to Pole Vault ?? Contact (coach) before attending first practice.  Practice times vary – it is important to contact the coach before attending.

It is very important that Coach Graham has your email address, as practice changes or adjustments  will be confirmed by email*.

Typical practice times are as listed below but always verify as they change from week to week.

  • Thursday 5:30 pm @ Rotary
  • Saturday ??  Coach To Confirm (by email)
  • Sunday 10:30am @ Rotary

CONFIRMED Practices:

Practice tomorrow ( Thursday, April 13) will start  at 4:30pm.
 
Please arrive no later then 4pm and be fully warmed up by 4:25.
I will need to leave by 5:25pm sharp. Hopefully if traffic is good I will be there before 4:30pm
 
Sundays practice will be at  10:15am

All practices are on, rain or shine!

Just a reminder that Monday and Tuesdays practices will cover the same content.Thursdays and Fridays practices will cover the same content.At Saturdays practice you will see all the athletes and JD Coaches working together.

 

   MIDDLE DISTANCE

Important that you WEAR LAYERS !!!

  POWER/SPEED GROUP :   

Each athlete is expected to attend a minimum of 3 practices a week.  New Athletes can try TWO practices before making the decision to join or not.  Each practice time is approx. 2 hrs

Practice Schedule April 18 – April 23

  • Monday – 4pm @ Rotary
  • Tuesday – 4pm @ Rotary
  • Wednesday – 4pm @ Rotary
  • Thursday – Track Meet @ Rotary
  • Friday – 4pm @ Rotary
  • Saturday – 10am @ Rotary

THROWS

TRAINING SESSIONS WILL RUN 2 -3 HOURS

  • Tuesday 4:30pm @  Clearbrook Park
  • Thursday 4:30pm @ Clearbrook Park
  • Sunday 11am @ Clearbrook Park 

Practices will consist of conditioning & technical work
