POLE VAULT
New to Pole Vault ?? Contact (coach) before attending first practice. Practice times vary – it is important to contact the coach before attending.
It is very important that Coach Graham has your email address, as practice changes or adjustments will be confirmed by email*.
Typical practice times are as listed below but always verify as they change from week to week.

Just a reminder that Monday and Tuesdays practices will cover the same content.Thursdays and Fridays practices will cover the same content.At Saturdays practice you will see all the athletes and JD Coaches working together.

POWER/SPEED GROUP :
Each athlete is expected to attend a minimum of 3 practices a week. New Athletes can try TWO practices before making the decision to join or not. Each practice time is approx. 2 hrs

TRAINING SESSIONS WILL RUN 2 -3 HOURS
