Closing in on 190 lbs. I lost 2.4 lbs this week. I am halfway through my 7th week of the Hammer and Chisel program. The calender has 56 days or 8 weeks of workouts but it seemed was supposed to be a 60 day program. So for the last 4 days I am going to do the included workouts that have not been used. One hammer workout and one chisel workout. I will probably do the masters cardio workout which I did today as I wanted to workout today along with one of the 10 minute ab workouts. The final day I will probably do Hammer power as I really like that workout. That will take me to the 60 days. I will try to post a weigh in next week, but if I do not get to I will post at the end of the 60 days.
The program as a whole has been really great! Sure there are workouts I don’t really like, but it has been challenging.
