Right now we focus on targeting one to two muscle groups per day but also throw in some full body, cardio or HIIT workouts frequently. We try to limit the exercises to ones that everyone can do at a typical gym or at home that aren’t overly advanced or complex. We know not every gym has every piece of fancy equipment and not everyone has experience strength training, so we keep that in mind when we’re digging for videos! If you’re new to working out, we suggest you start with very light weights, or even no weights for certain exercises, until you get comfortable with the exercises and equipment. Soon your confidence will skyrocket and you’ll be pumpin iron in no time!
