Theraband Workout
Hello one and all!
Today we have a handy series of theraband exercises that you can do at home for a great all round upper body workout.
Here at Athlete By Choice our favourite therabands are the kind with handles for ease of use but any kind you like is just fine. You will need a point up on a wall, post or door to attach your theraband to.
For a good all round workout go through the list of exercises below and perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions of each exercise for a great all round upper body workout that is perfect for balancing out those imbalances created when training for sports like rock climbing.
Perform each exercise as per the photos below, doing each movement as smoothly as you can.

1. Flys
2. Reverse Flys
3. Bicep Curls
4. Tricep Press
5. Shoulder Raise (do a combination of raising your arms forward and raising them to the side)
6. Shoulder Press
7. External Rotations
8. Reverse Wrist Curls
