I have been extremely busy with projects going live in may and as a result have been working long hours and been slacking on my workout routines and even updating the blog. Below are all the boot camp workout routines for the month of May

April 30, 2014: Total workout routine repeated for 3 times. Took me 31 minutes to complete this boot camp session

  • Bent Over Rows (15)
  • Ice Skaters (20)
  • Wall Balls (15)
  • Pull-Ups (10)
  • BB Shoulder Press (15)
  • Reverse Crunches (20)
  • Broad Jumps (10)
  • Leg Curls on Sliders (10)
  • Push – Ups (15)
  • Jump Ropes (100)

May 14, 2014: Total workout routine repeated for 3 times. Took me 35 minutes to complete this boot camp session

  • DB Curl 2 Press (15)
  • Plate Crunches (20)
  • Jumping Lunges (20)
