Workout Routine For Asian



Training begins Monday, January 18, 2016 and last 6 weeks. The program will focus on coerver exercises and the technical aspects of dribbling, passing/receiving and ball control.

New this year – Groups will be sorted by birth year. This will be the first step taken by the Celtic Club to ensure a smooth transition come tryouts in May.

Sessions runs from Monday January 18, 2016 through Wednesday February 24, 2016

Mondays: 5:00 All 2008 boys and girls 6:00 All 2007 & 2006 girls 7:00 All 2005 girls 8:00 All 2001 & 2002 girls

Tuesdays: 5:00 Celtic Juniors ages 6 and 7 6:00 All 2005 boys 7:00 All 2003 & 2004 girls 8:00 All 2004 boys

Wednesdays: 5:00 Celtic Juniors 8 and 9, Super 7s 6:00 All 2006 & 2007 boys 7:00 All 2003 boys 8:00 All 2001 & 2002 boys

Keeper Training:

Wednesdays: 5:30-7:00 – U10 – U11 boys & girls 7:00-8:30 – U12 – U14 boys & girls
