I am really excited about the 100 day’s til’ summer project! You guys gave me some great feedback and a lot of things to think about when I put the whole thing together! I hope a lot of my blogger friends in the industry, and fitness enthusiast alike will help share their tips! And healthy, easy recipes! I haven’t posted on Friday in a while! I wanted to get back into my Friday 5 posts…but thought I’d throw out a weekend ab workout for you instead! Here you go—another pin-able workout {<—not sure if that is even a word?}     Print This!     Set your interval timer for a cardio warm-up {there are free apps on your iPhone too, or online!} 10 seconds for the top number and 20 seconds for the bottom, 8 rounds. Tabata: You are doing 2 exercises back and forth. {a fun alternative to regular jumping jacks) And burpees. The real kind. Just because I love them and they make every workout better Ab Moves: Set the interval timer 10 seconds top number, 50 seconds bottom number. 50 second activeintervals and 10 seconds to get ready for the next move. Go through a circuit, and do each exercise twice. Or try to! 1 & 5: 2 & 6: {I use a 5 pound weight and it’s killer!) 3 & 7: {do these as slow as you can with proper form—you should not feel any pain in your low back!) 4 & 8: Let me know if you try the workout!!!! I did it today and my abs are feeling it! Always check with a physician to make sure you are ready to take on a new fitness program I hope you all have a great weekend! I’m going to try and hit up a Vinyasa class this afternoon. My client had to cancel so I am going to take the opportunity to practice (it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve done power yoga and I am missing it!).  I have a CPR class tomorrow right smack in the middle of the day {boo!} but I have to keep up with my certs so hopefully it goes fast!! My little brother is home for spring break too and I know he’s dying to see the baby so hopefully we get to spend some time with him! Also–thanks so much for the adviceon Ella! I feel a lot better and am definitely going to use some of the tips you guys told me. So helpful and comforting to hear from other moms! <3 Talk to you Monday! xo
