If you are brand new and don’t know anything about fitness, how can you possibly know which one of these people is telling the truth, and which method should you choose to begin with? This is where a lot of people get discouraged and confused, and instead of ending up with a straight forward answer that they can execute on, they end up with a massive headache and a trip to the local pharmacy to purchase a pack of paracetamol.

The truth is that every single one of these methods is correct.

The only problem that you encounter as a beginner is the inability to put all this information together and come up with a fine tuned and custom made workout programme that fits YOU as an individual. Every single person is different and starts at the different stage.
