I’m always on the look out for new workout ideas, and these days there’s a TON of FREE workout routines available online! Don’t you love the internet?! So I thought I’d spread a little link love and highlight some of the workouts on my list to try:

  • I’ve been a fan of for a while now, but usually just use her recipes (which are fantastic!). Be sure to check them out while you are on her site, and take a look at her new e-book ! After you’re done with the food gawking, check out her .
  • I recently met Taylor,  the blogger behind at Fitbloggin’ and was super impressed with her content and her focus on strength training. After you look through her site be sure to download her to to keep you entertained and informed while you try this workout!:
  • Running low on energy? Check out for lots of great workout videos. If you are a fan of the Jillian Michaels podcast, you probably heard her interviewed on the show recently! This is a really great site with tons of videos. My pick is her
  • Couldn’t resist a good old fashioned fitness magazine workout so here’s one from Shape Magazine: .
  • And finally once you are all worked out try to loosen up with this foam roller workout from : . I REALLY need this one! Things are getting tight people (and not in a good way)!
