It’s no secret that . I love the majority of her workout DVDs and also used to love watching her every week while she helped change people’s lives on The Biggest Loser. So it really is no surprise that when I learned about her product it sparked a little interest for me.

When I ordered, I was offered a special promotion for two more workout DVDs and a level 2 resistance band for, I believe, an extra $30.00.
I’m not one to really follow a complete 90 day plan, fitness or meal wise, but I purchased Body Revolution with the hopes of just having more DVDs (15 more to be exact) to rotate into my workout routine and the fact that they are by one of my favorite trainers didn’t hurt either.
After reviewing the complete program when it arrived at my house yesterday, I decided that I’m going to jump right in and see what exactly the workouts are all about. I’m still going to keep with my own cardio and running training and even my own strength training but I plan to mix in different workouts from the three phases provided and see what they can do for me.
This afternoon, I started with the first workout of phase one.
This workout focused mostly on one individual muscle area at a time. It was a total of four circuits each with about four different moves that were repeated twice through with one minute of cardio in between. Different modifications are offered to make the exercises harder or easier depending on your skill level.
Overall, I didn’t find the workout that challenging in a cardio way but my targeted muscles were definitely feeling a little burn.
Now that I fit in my second workout on the day, it’s time to get my sweaty booty ready for some pizza, beer, bowling and karaoke to celebrate a birthday! Too bad Brian is missing out on the fun tonight. I know he’s sad that he can’t celebrate the birthday of one of his closest friends here in Baltimore!
He’s still not even halfway through his trip to Korea yet!
