“Knockout Punch” Abs Finisher Routine
Here is a great abs finisher that I used with my Conditioning for MMA class the other night at Evolucao Thai. I am showing you the full follow along session so you can literally perform the circuit live.
Directions: Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 5 seconds transition period. Go through the circuit 2X straight.
Exercises: 1. Abs Bicycles 2. Russian Twists 3. Abs Spring Ups 4. Abs Scissors 5. Abs In and Outs
