Harley Pasternak, one of Rihanna’s personal trainers, reveals that the dedication the Barbadian songstress has is the major driving force why she is extremely successful at keeping her body toned and fit.

Pasternak, the author of 5 Factor Diet and has also worked with Lady Gaga, Eva Mendez, Megan Fox, Katy Perry and Halle Berry, shares that Rihanna always follows the exercise and diet regimens they set. Besides strictly following her diet plan, Pasternak adds that the “Umbrella” singer always makes it a point to have at least an hour of vigorous workout each day.

Ary Nunez, Rihanna’s other trainer, has this to say about her fitness dedication: “We train when she’s ready, even if we’re on the road and it’s 2 a.m. in the morning. I’m on call 24/7 with her.”

Ary Nunez shares that the accomplished performer never quits easily no matter how challenging her workouts get. “Rihanna is so connected to her body,” says Nunez. She also reveals that it’s not uncommon to see the singer keep on going even when they’re still transitioning to newer, tougher routines.
