Sworkit is a workout app that provides guided, video-based workouts that you can do anywhere and anytime. What I like about Sworkit is the variety of workouts and the ability to focus a workout on a certain area including “Full Body,” “Upper Body,” “Core Strength” and “Lower Body” as well as “type” such as strength, cardio, yoga, Pilates, stretching and custom. Maybe you do not travel for business but need something to do in your home in the morning before heading to work. Sworkit requires no gear or weights but I can guarantee that it can give you a great workout.
How it works
After downloading the app and loading it you are presented with a quick an easy decision to select the focus of your workout (as noted before: strength, cardio, yoga, Pilates, stretching or custom). From there you narrow down to the part of the body to focus on (such as full body or core strength, etc.) and finally select the duration to workout such as 15 minutes with ability to go up, down, or set a precise length. With that, you are started.
