Workout Routines .
Have you ever noticed how many workout plans to build muscle there are out there? I used to subscribe to a couple of men’s magazines and every month there was a new workout plan that claimed to be the best at “packing on serious muscle” or “getting you shredded” or any of the other body bodybuilding catchphrases out there. All these new workouts that come and go will leave you asking yourself “so which one of these workout plans to build muscle is the best?”
The answer to your question is: a fairly simple one that you stick to and follow on a consistent basis. The truth is that unless you’re at an elite level of bodybuilding all these new, unnecessarily complicated and potentially dangerous workouts really won’t you do much good. In fact what I often see is that most guys who start one of these fad exercise plans get so caught up just trying to perform the ridiculous exercises that they don’t get much of a workout at all and quickly get frustrated, fed up or even injured. They rarely ever see any real results and they never come close to resembling the fitness model performing the exercise in the magazine.
Starting one of these plans with high hopes only to bail after a couple weeks is something I see all the time and something I’ve been guilty of myself. When it comes to building muscle and exercising it’s best to just keep it simple.
