In this video, Vince takes you through a series of high intensity body weight exercises. This circuit could act as a warm up or even a stand-alone workout depending on your fitness level, how intensely you approach it, etc.
First, check out the video:
Do as many reps as you can of each exercise in 15 seconds. Rest 15 seconds between each exercise in the sequence.
Upon completion of the circuit, take a 60 second rest and repeat two more times.
