At Lincoln Southeast we believe that success during baseball season starts with rigorous off season weight training and conditioning.  As a staff we believe strongly in endorsing multi-sport athletes and encourage ALL of our baseball players to participate in Southeast athletics during the fall and winter seasons.  For those baseball players who are not participating in other sports we require that they participate in our off-season workout routines in the Lincoln Southeast weight room.  We believe that working out together as a program helps to create unity and helps push athletes to reach their full athletic potential.  During the fall and winter seasons we lift three days a week after school and do other conditioning and team building exercises two days a week.  The lifting schedules are attached below:

During the summer season we also lift together as a team two days a week in the Southeast weight room, with a third day of flexibility and conditioning.  The summer lifting schedule is attached below.
