What Is Thai-Fit Kickboxing? (website)

Thai-Fit Kickboxing is an all women's kickboxing program inspired by the art of Muay Thai kickboxing. This unique class makes kickboxing approachable for women from all backgrounds and levels of experience. No martial arts experience necessary! The creator of Thai-Fit Kickboxing, Jennifer D'Acquisto, has a personal goal to share her passion for fitness and kickboxing with women who would never have been exposed to it, or may have been too intimidated to try. She aspires to create an environment where women can feel comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone, socialize in a positive atmosphere, and build confidence while getting fit. In the class, you will be learning the technique and concepts behind every movement, so you know why you are doing what you are doing.  Not to mention, you will be getting in an amazing workout at the same time. The class will be utilizing various body weight exercises, bag work, partner drilling, and pad work. No sparring-the only things that will begetting beat up are the heavy bags and the Thai-pads... Old school training with a new school approach.
