My Nitrocut dosage

After playing around with the dosages at first I found that 3 was the magic number for me.  I take this every day about an hour before I workout and in the morning on off workout days.  Your mileage may vary, but I know you don’t want to take more than 4 in a day.  I still suggest you take your other supplements to help your body recover (protein powder, etc.).  You don’t have to stop taking any of that with you take Nitro cut, so no problems there.

Stimulant free, works for me

The biggest selling point for me was that this was a stimulant free pre workout.  I found that with the other pre workouts I was taking they had so much caffeine that I was not sleeping well at night and that sometimes I got headaches.  Not fun! Once I got into a groove with all those sleeping problems from that caffeine overload went away!  It just kept getting better!
