**New Class Announcement! – TGIF – Tabata Get Intense Friday – 30 min class with Scott**

Begins Friday March 4th – 20 seconds of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest. Timed intervals to transform your entire body!

SHED A 45 minute rapid fat burning class combining high intensity cardio with strength training moves. A full body workout incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, battleropes, sleds, and more
ABS n ARMS 30 minutes of concentrated moves to strengthen your core and upper body! All levels invited!
Butt & Gut 30 min of lower body and core. A heart pounding, body sculpting workout focusing on the glutes, hips, low back, and abs
Lunch Crunch 30 min overall conditioning class incorporating weights. Suitable for anyone who wants to sculpt and define their muscles while also blasting calories!
Yogalates 30 min combining the core tightening and strengthening of pilates with the flexibility and relaxation of yoga (mats provided) Note: Yogalates is only offered September thru May.
