Here at the Kungfu Dragon USA we offer several programs to suit your individual needs and interests. Train the ones that most interest you or train them all in the most balanced approach to martial arts!

Choose a program that suits your individual needs & interests:

Private Lessons Want a more intensive program with individual attention to improve at a faster pace, correcting your techniques and refining them with personal instructions and coaching?  This is the perfect program for you.
Kids For children ages 5-7 and ages 8-12 KFDUSA has developed  specialized children’s programs. The Kungfu Cubs (5-7) and the Young Tigers (8-12) programs are designed specifically for children and focus on the development of a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline.
Kungfu Want to improve your health and fitness, energy and vitality, release stress, gain better focus, have greater confidence, or train for self-defense and flexibility to enhance the harmony of your body, mind, and spirit?  This is the perfect program for you.
Shaolin Wellness Promotes health and longevity for both young and old. This class is an excellent addition to your daily regimen.
Taichi This is a beginning class in part one of the traditional Yang Style Taiji 81 form. The teaching is based on the Yang style Da Jia (大架 large frame style) that is passed on by renown Grand Master Tung Ying Chieh (董英傑 )
Lion Dance Interested in learning about lion dance, even possibly joining the team? We offer a comprehensive lion dance curriculum covering exercises to build strength and stamina, Kungfu foundations, musical instruments (drum, gong, and cymbals).  It’s going to be a lot of fun!  Incorporating fitness, kungfu, creativity, and musical skills while keeping the tradition alive.
