Using appropriately selected free weights exercises you will become fitter and stronger . Blending into the workout body weight exercises your training will be more challenging. Performing 3 dimensional matrices your exercises become more functional so you will move better and more efficiently. And most of all by using high intensity routines you are going to achieve all your goals much quicker.
Every Sunday I am going to upload the new videos for each section (Beginners, Advanced and Pregnancy ) with the new workout for the the whole week. In the post I am going to explain every exercise and the way you should perform the circuits. You are going to watch it first, then read the post and ask me questions if you have any concern about the exercises. I will try to reply as soon as possible. Then the fun starts :) You are going to play it again and do the whole routine with me. In the post in addition to your weekly workout you are going to find articles about fitness and nutrition. I will give you the tips how to enhance your training with appropriate diet. This is going to be also the place to share your ideas about healthy lifestyle.
