In orderto do this you need to have a workout partner that can work relatively close to your ability. For instance, if you are doing a set of kettlebell swings and you are going to knock out three sets of 20 repetitions then, as soon as, you finish each set of your 20 reps your partner immediately goes. When your partner finishes then you immediately go. For this particular planned workout routine you only allow yourself rest time during your partner’s go time and vice versa. This is a wonderful way to keep your rest intervals strict which in turn will yield you an awesome training result. This is just one option for a designed workout plan to be effective. This can be varied depending on the volume of sets, reps, number of exercises, and even the total number of workout partners involved. You can utilize this method to add really good structure and make just about any exercise plan work due to the efficient planning of the process in this manner.
