Hello For a very long time i have been searching the internet for some great Bodybuilding Workout Routines, I found that very hard. There are realy many workout routines and not all of them are bodybuilding routines.

3 Months ago i found a great routine, It was not like all other routines. It did not promise any magic results or other extreme claims. So i gave it a chance. First of all what i did was taking a photo of myself every month to see the progress. As you can see i did get some results and they were pretty good to. The Bodybuilding Workout Routine is pretty simple and easy to do. Here it is: Monday: Tricep, Shoulders, Chest, Legs Tuesday: Abs, Biceps, Back Wednesday: Cardio Thursday: Tricep, Shoulders, Chest, Legs Friday: Abs, Biceps, Back Saturday: Cardio Sunday: Rest This has also Helped me Alot:
