Workout Routines For Indoor Cycling

Friday?!? Heck yes!! Who doesn’t wake up on Friday’s with an extra little bounce in their step? Well, I mean I guess if you work weekends or have a dentist appointment today, or got little to no sleep… then maybe the little extra bounce doesn’t apply to you today 😉 I hope you all have such a great weekend. I’m jumping right into this weeks Goodness with you all. Enjoy!!

First thing I want to share today is how great it feels to take even 5 minutes out of our busy busy lifestyles and just reflect. I know for some it may sound cheesy but that’s probably because you haven’t done this for so long! Even if it means getting up 5 minutes earlier, just take some time to yourself to stop, take a deep breath, and remind yourself of all your blessings. Sometimes when we are going through tough times, this is even more important to do. For every bad, you can usually find a few goods. Take some time this weekend for YOU.   I was lucky to have this time, this morning and it started my day and weekend off exactly how it needed to!!

Next up is the goodness that fills me by helping others. Somewhat unexpectedly, I am doing personalized fitness plans for so many amazing people and I really can’t describe how much I am loving it! It’s really humbling to have people I love and have known for years and some people I’m meeting for the very first time, trust me to help them in their health and fitness journey. You all are amazing, really!! Thank you!! 8 done so far in October and 5 being worked on. All people wanting to be the best versions of themselves both INSIDE and out!

Another little shout out to my little supporter 😉 I know I have shared this before but it continues so you get to continue to hear about it. It’s like Guinness knows when I’m doing homework and when I need a little extra push. He is by my side every SINGLE time I do any kind of school work at all. This week he sat with his head on my lap for 15 minutes as I was typing a paper. And if it wasn’t for Nick saying “Hungry Guinness boy?” I think he would have stayed that way for much longer. Such a sweetie!!

Last up is my Friday blogger share. Meet Kate from .  This girl has one of the most inspiring blogs that I have come across as far as living out an authentic healthy and “green” lifestyle. She shares SO much goodness, I can’t stay away from her blog and 🙂 Check her out, you won’t regret it!! I love her idea!!
