Thanks to Midland Bootcamp I am becoming healthier. Kristi and Pam make results happen because they come up with a different exercise routine to challenge our bodies each time. Not only are the workouts excellent but with their guidance and motivation I am making better choices on what I put into my body. With these few months I have already lost 25 lbs and dropped 2 sizes. And this is only the beginning!!!!Thank you for changing my life! -Miranda

 

Joining Midland Boot Camp is the best thing I have done for myself. After never sticking to any sort of exercise program I decided to give them a try, within a few weeks I knew this was the program for me. I wanted to go somewhere where I could be pushed and held accountable in reaching my goals and because of Kristi’s and Pam’s passion for fitness and wellbeing I found the place to do so. Since joining MBC I have dropped a few dress sizes and toned my body, making me feel more confident about myself. Thank you ladies for the encouragement!! -Sandra

 

I have been to almost every gym in Midland, and bootcamp is my favorite group workout! I started bootcamp when my son was a few months old to help me get back into shape and have been seeing so many improvements. Kristi and Pam are supportive and encouraging, and I feel like I am able to work harder each workout. I love setting and reaching new fitness goals! -Heather

 

A few months ago, I attended Midland boot camp. The first day, I knew I would stand out because I am not necessarily the type of person that enjoys exercising, or at least I thought. I have met two of the most caring and encouraging trainers, who are very supportive of my physical health needs and allow me to work out at my own pace. I have dropped weight , a dress size and gained some confidence in myself and I am still on the road to success. I now have a special love for burpees! -Angie C.

 

I started bootcamp a year ago to help cross train for a 1/2 marathon I was doing-I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve pushed myself to so many levels and have never felt this strong! I’m looking forward to the next year to see what I can do!! -Danielle O.

 

I am a 53 year old Mom, and was encouraged by my 19 year old daughter to join the “summer session”, while she was home from college. We both attended 3 sessions a week, and, LOVED it! What we enjoy about the sessions, is that, they are self paced.I could not keep up with my 19 yr old, but, each time, receive an INCREDIBLE work out! Pam and Kristi are very encouraging, and FUN! My plan is to continue, this school year, while my daughter is away @ college. She will join me, when she is home for breaks! Thank YOU Midland Boot Camp! -Kimberly Meyers

 

After baby number 2, the weight sure wasn’t coming off as easy! I was bored with the gym and frustrated that I was still wearing stretchy pants! My friend Sharla Gray was doing bootcamp and I noticed how amazing her arms were! So I signed up and have been hooked ever since. I feel better and have way more energy to chase my 2 yr old. “Boot Camp brings more fun to your workout. Its not the same old cardio or strength training work out routine, it adds a wide variety of exercises that tone and strengthen lots of different muscles. I always enjoy going because I know we will be doing something different and mixing up our workout routines. The class offers a mix of cardio, strength training with weights of your preference and stretching during the hour class. Its great whether you are just starting a work out routine or you are very active and fit. We get to workout with fun and motivating trainers that give you the best work out that will truly be worth all the time you put into it!
