Hi Everyone! My name is Robert, I am 33 years old and I would like tell you about the last two years, how the Kettlebell has changed my life. I have been a bus driver for 7 years now and unfortunately the mixture of working shifts, often finishing quite late and “just sitting” behind the wheel resulted a dramatic change in my weight, my posture and ultimately in my health too. I was constantly tired, suffering with back pain and could became short of breathe quickly from any physical activity. It all changed when my good friend Attila Varga gave me a 16kg kettlebell for my 31.birthday. I was not sure about it first but with his knowledge and help I started to use it. It was not easy either, I needed constant motivation so I could break free from my old habits. I used the kettlebell twice a week for 45 minutes each time. Then I started running and changing my eating habits too. Since that birthday I have lost 18kg as my weight was 108kg at the time!! My back pain has gone, I am feelingmore energetic and now I have a 24kg kettlebell too. Without Attila and the kettlebells no doubt I would be still overweight and unhappy with my appearance and health. The great thing was, once I knew how to use the kettlebell I could fit my exercise regime around my days off and whenever I lost my direction or my motivation I would just ring Attila. I could recommend whole heartedly the kettlebell to anyone who wish to lose weight, would like to get fit or would just like to try something new. Vikram Marwaha   I have been training with Attila Varga since August 2008 having private sessions on a weekly basis. I was very keen to start Muay Thai to help improve fitness, flexibility and add variety to my training. Normally, when going for a first session it can be quite daunting but Attila is very friendly and welcoming. Don’tlet this fool you as after every session you know you have had a workout. I thought I was fit! Attila is a qualified Kettlebell instructor and introduced this to me. This has helped me in many ways including adding variety to my weight training, helping increase my power and strength as well as helping my flexibility. I love kettlebells so much I even got one for Christmas! Every week Attila will put me through a different challenge – there are so many workouts and exercises you can do! Even in terms of general life we have used kettlebells to help with my joint mobility. In terms of Muay Thai, Attila has helped me improve my flexibility as my hamstrings and quadricepses are very tight. We have worked on this and my kicking has improved. We work on different drills and combinations and my technique is constantly improving. To help me with my progress Attila will sometimes ask other students to come and practice with me including sparring to help me put the techniques I learn into reallife situations. I highly recommend training with Attila either having private sessions or attending his classes. I have been training full time since 2009 but I only began training kettlebells with Attila about 6 months ago. Even in that short time I have noticed huge strength gains and an increase in my dynamic power which has really helped in my martial arts training. I was significantly over weight, with a belly that looked several months pregnant. I struggled to train for an hour, and afterjust 5 minutes of training I would puff and wheeze like an old man. Attila understands the human body extremely well. He judges his clients aptitude, fitness and constructs interesting training sessions that can rapidly deliver results. He can improve your fitness, strength and self-defence skills in a safe and secure environment. Beyond never having to work again for money, what more could a man or woman want? My girlfriend came to a few sessions and found his sessions interesting and stimulating. She certainly likes my improved physique and i have lost 2 stone and 3 inches around the waist. I thoroughly recommend Attila as a fitness and self-defence trainer. Gareth.     I have trained with Attila (private lessons) for many years.  Specifically from September 2007 until summer 2012 when I left London to  move to New York.
