TRX or suspension training has been around for some time. I’ve had opportunity to use these over the past 5 years and can attest that while they look simple enough you can do some fairly advanced exercises. You can workout just about every major muscle group with a wide variety of exercises.
You can make the TRX part of your home gym or find a gym that might have them tucked away. Some gyms offer TRX training. Give them a try and add them to your workout routine. The video below gives you 10 different exercises that can be done with the TRX.
