He’s broken it all down: Monday – legs Tuesday – chest and back Wednesday – core Thursday – legs Friday – Shoulders Saturday – biceps and triceps Sunday – pool work There’s no day off in there. There’s no “give your body a rest.” The results speak for themselves. Harrison and the rest of the Steelers finished minicamp Thursday, and have five weeks before training camp begins July 25. That’s 35 days, broken into seven segments of chest, back, core, shoulders, biceps, triceps and pool work, along with 10 segments of leg workouts. All of that for a grueling camp regimen that will prepare him for an even rougher season against a strong list of opponents. Harrison isn’t looking forward to training camp, though.
