Workout Routines History



MMA training means that the fighter will be training beyond what they ever thought was possible. They will be using weight lifting and a kettle ball as well as a grappling dummy, which is still heavy due to the dummies dead weight. No MMA workout is complete without the basic weight training: flat bench press, squats or dead lifts, and military presses. Being able to keep going for longer time periods will help with the mental and physical endurance it takes to complete the rounds in the cage. MMA workouts includes cardiovascular endurance and stamina traiing using sprints, stair climbing and running, rope skipping, and medicine balls or kettle ball workouts.
