You will form a modified wheel with your body if you get the exercise very well. Plank pose This is another yoga pose that is suitable for people that will like to tone their stomach. It is not difficult to be done, and you only require the exercise mat in order to do it. Lie down on your belly and get into a pushup position keeping your feet hip-width apart and your hands shoulderwidth apart. Remain in that position for few minutes focusing on your abs in order to keep your whole body in one line. Standing side stretch This pose is good for people that want to increase their flexibility and agility. You will require a yoga ball in order to perform this yoga exercise. Begin by standing uprightly while putting your two feet together. As you are holding the ballswith your hands, try to raise them above the head while keeping the trunk bent to the left so that it will be well stretched. Remain in that position for some seconds and go back to the initial position. Do this morning yoga pose again moving to the right side. There are various yoga exercises that can be performed within 15 minutes in the morning such as twisted body, lying arm extension, thigh stretch and others.
