What is the number one most desired body part on a man from a woman’s point of view? The pecs, no question about it! Women don’t want a guy with man boobs they want great looking muscular pecs. Well not all people can afford a gym membership to do their chest workout so that’s why I have workout routines that can be done at home.

A good workout routine should consists of chest exercises that will hit all parts of your chest. A great home chest exercise is the push-up. You can’t have a without the push-up. Push-up are a great way to lose man boobs, so if you have ever wondered how to get you may find your answer here at .  A that you can do from home is called 7 minutes in hell.   Let me break down this great for you.  Since you might not have many weights for your home workout routines we are going to use our own body weight for the resistance.   The best exercise for chest muscle development will be any movement that is pushing away from your body.  So you will start a timer and do 30 push-ups in the first minute.  Don’t do more or less than 30.  I would recommend doing them quickly so that you can rest more before the second minute comes up.  Once the second minute starts you will do 30 more push-ups, oncle again I would do them fast.  You will repeat this for 7 minutes straight.  This is a killer home chest workout that is so good it will have you in pain by the end of the 7th minute.  Don’t worry nobody does all 210 push-ups the first time.  Expect to be sore for a few days from this because it is one of the best chest workouts around.  Chest exercises for men are pretty much the same as chest exercises for women except for the fact that the weight used will much lighter for a woman.  A pec workout can be pretty intense because they are big muscles and can handle a lot of weight.  Consider this another one of many free workout routines for your use to get into better shape.

Now upper chest exercises will be a bit different than an inner chest workout or any other pec workouts.  To hit the upper portion of the chest you need to have the bench be inclined or if you are doing push-ups you need your legs elevated higher than your chest.  The are going to have a lot of workouts that will cover all parts of the chest.
