When you pack your suitcase for a vacation, are you packing your workout clothes?

What about those running shoes & your yoga mat? Are they being tucked away in the corner of your house or do you on exercising when you go on a vacation??

Some people do, others don’t – but either way the hotel you’re visiting doesn’t have to have a gym. You can do an awesome workout in under 20 minutes in your hotel room!! 

Yuppers!! Why not do a quick bodyweight workout in your hotel room to kick start your metabolism for the day and give yourself a huge burst of energy!! 

I’m leaving for vacation in about 7 weeks & this time, I’m planning on doing 5 workouts out of the 7 days away. As I began compiling a list & creating of workouts for myself I thought that I’m probably not the only one who would like to do quick, fat burning workouts in my room before starting the day. 

SO

For those who like to exercise while on a vacation, I’ve made it really easy for you!! 

I’m sharing 10 awesome bodyweight workouts that you can do in your hotel room. 

Nothing needed except your running shoes, a yoga mat and a . (for some)
