A great all over body conditioning workout if you don’t have a timer
10 reps on each arm or leg of each exercise or 10 reps in both directions of all other exercises. Don’t be concerned if you don’t know many exercises in the beginning as you can repeat if necessary. Main point is to keep moving and do the exercise correctly.
10 x 1 arm swings
10 x squat to press
10 x snatch
10 x windmill
10 x lunge
10 x bent over row
10 x 1 leg deadlift
10 x Halos
10 x figure of 8 squats
10 get ups 5 each side
