Workout Routines That Require No Equipment



The Training Centre has the most advanced equipment, group fitness classes, nutritional products, training protocols and top-notch staff in the area in the most welcoming, nurturing environment possible! We’re serious about your fitness goals and will do everything in our power to ensure your success, but we want you to have fun along the way!

The Training Centre is the most comprehensive workout facility in the area! We’re loaded with equipment, including: 18-piece Matrix circuit workout, 25+ brand new Matrix cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, ascent trainers, bikes and more) with 37″ flat-screen TVs for your viewing pleasure, free weight area with over 2 TONS of free weights, stretching and core areas, and beverage/nutrition center. A separate fitness studio with a rockin’ stereo system will serve the suspension training, spin, pilates, yoga, HIIT and other aerobic classes. ALL group classes except Spin are included in your membership. Spin classes are $5 per ride. Lockers will be provided to store valuables and if you’re coming in after work, designated changing areas will be just the ticket.

All memberships include the following, plus intangibles like the coolest place to workout in the area:

Your fitness journey starts with a “New Member” Orientation. This will entail 2 to 3 scheduled one-hour FREE Personal Training sessions with a staff member to customize an exercise, cardio and flexibility program just for you! An exercise card detailing your workout will be created for you to record your progress. In addition, we’ll ask you to journal 1-week of your current nutrition so we can suggest healthy changes at your FREE initial nutritional consultation!

You will receive FREE quarterly Personal Training workout routines with your trainer to update all facets of your fitness program throughout the year. You’ll probably get the occasional “You Rock” or “Way to go” from the staff as you progress in your quest for better health, so be prepared.
