After years of research, observation, and yo yo dieting, and failed attempts, I was able to isolate 4 fitness fundamentals that I noticed nearly every fit person was applying to their workout plans and routines.

And despite several failed attempts (yo-yo dieting) by me, I noticed that I unknowingly followed these fundamentals during the times that I was fit myself.

Every fit man and woman, whether they realize they’re doing it or not, are following these 4 fitness fundamentals one way or another.

So read them, then read them again, take detailed notes, do the assignments, and follow all 4. No cherry picking.
