I created this site to review the popular Greg Plitt Workout Routine - MFT28.  In the workout program, Greg Plitt provides a guide to building muscle, burning fat, and increasing strength and endurance.

The workout routine is performed twice a day Monday through Friday with a HIIT session on Saturday.  The diet is mostly liquid and relies heavily on supplements.  This is primarily because the company that paid for Greg Plitt to create MFT28 only sells supplements and not actual food.
