I feel like I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but I apologize for my disappearance yesterday. There’s just been so much happening in my life lately that for the moment I’ll be posting sporadically. I do have quite a few reviews & giveaway posts coming your way though, which is pretty exciting!

I had all intentions on sharing my meals from yesterday as today is What I Ate Wednesday, but between my camera acting up & the horrible lighting, it just wasnt happening. Oh well. There’s always next week right?

In replace of my meals, I figured I’d share the third best thing (recipes taking second) – A new workout routine! So ladies (or men) grab a pair of dumbbells because we’re about to create a leaner sexier you! Ow Ow!
